About Cell

Information Communication Technology refers to the use of Computer System and telecommunication equipment to store, organize and transmit the data. The growth of information communication technology has revolutionized various sectors like businesses, organisations, governments and individuals. ICT cell in association with Director –IT section has enabled the stake holders to process the information in more efficient and accurate fashion to meet the trends of today’s world.

Functions

The functions of ICT Cell is as follows:


❖ To assist in managing IT-related developments at the university.

❖ To assure data security and data integrity.

❖ To promote collaboration and effective knowledge management.

❖ To enhance transparency in good governance.

❖ To undertake extension activities.
